You will be amazed at the abundance of Wild Food that grows
anywhere Nature is given the chance.
Being our natural food, each plant contains healing properties and is
far more nutritionally potent than the equivalent tamed (cultivated) food.
There are some inspiring books on the subject, yet unless you are already
familiar with our wild plants, when first foraging it’s essential
to accompany someone who is.
Wild food is nourishment for our wild soul and essential for our survival.
Our natural love and appreciation for the Earth awakens our senses to
the miracle of life as the changing seasons bring us what we most require
for vibrant good health and well-being.

Wildhearth with Clio Wondrausch: view food main
In a day’s workshop we will go out into the countryside
or to the seashore and enjoy a gentle walk of no more than a mile or two
I’ll teach you to identify the edible plants (and those that are
poisonous).
We’ll gather the good and at our hearth prepare a sumptuous and
exquisite feast which we’ll eat together
The whole day is a delight putting us back in touch with the Earth and
the wisdom of our Ancestors
The workshops are open for all ages.
Bring appropriate outdoor clothing, some water and something to keep
you going until the feast is ready.

I found your grounded approach and respect for the abundant gifts of the earth and the ocean really helped me connect to our heritage and birthright. Many many thanks." Tor Loram
